Time Slot Control (TSC) is a cloud-based platform for reservation of time slots of loading and unloading, which enables effective planning of your warehouse operations, increases productivity, provides transparency for all participants, shortens truck waiting times and offers remote access without the need of TSC installation. The system can be easily integrated with other technologies, for example automated gate control.

Using the system is very simple. Partner and carrier users have free access to the system and do not pay for the reservations they make. If they prioritize efficient transport management and want to reduce vehicle and driver downtime, they will gladly and voluntarily join the system.

The system can be implemented at your location almost immediately – typically within 48 hours after we receive key information, such as a list of branches, loading and unloading gates, and users who will be accessing the application.

No, our system significantly reduces daily manual operations, and streamlines communication among all parties involved. In the case of integration with an automatic gate system, human intervention is completely eliminated.

License

We provide the system exclusively as a SaaS licence due to its technical complexity, regular updates, and continuous development of new features. Operating the Time Slot Control platform in on-premises mode is therefore not possible.

Yes, the scope of the license can be adjusted at any time during the month, either by increasing or decreasing it based on your current needs.

The license includes hosting of the Time Slot Control platform, technical support via email and phone, automatic system updates, and access to all newly developed features.

There are no hidden or additional fees associated with using the Time Slot Control application. The complete pricing list is transparently available on our website.

No, transport providers do not pay any fees - neither for accessing the system nor for making reservations.
