4. Contact Forms

When you submit a contact form on our website, we collect and process the following data:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name (optional)
  • Message content

This data is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission unless a longer retention period is required by law or contractual obligations.

5. Cookies and Consent

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device when you visit our site. In accordance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC), all non-essential cookies are loaded only after your explicit consent, which you grant through the cookie banner on your first visit. Cookies are grouped into three categories:

  • Necessary (always active) — required for the basic operation of the site: ASP.NET session and authentication cookies, the antiforgery token, the preferred_lang cookie (remembered language selection), the cc_cookie cookie (your consent record) and Google reCAPTCHA v3 (form anti-spam protection — processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in service security; and, under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as "strictly necessary in order to provide a service explicitly requested by the user").
  • Analytics (optional) — measure traffic and user behavior so we can improve the site: Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) and Azure Application Insights. Activated only with your consent.
  • Marketing (optional) — used for conversion measurement and remarketing: Google Ads (conversion, remarketing) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — both loaded via Google Tag Manager. Activated only with your consent.

Withdrawing consent: You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Changes take effect immediately — services for which you withdraw consent will stop recording new data.

Google Consent Mode v2: For Google services we use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, the ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage signals are set to denied and are only updated once you grant the corresponding consent. Until then, Google will not store marketing or analytics cookies.

6. Web Analytics and Processors

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking scripts on our website. Once you consent, GTM loads Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. Azure Application Insights (Microsoft) is used for technical monitoring and performance analytics — also only after consent to the Analytics category.

Google Analytics and Google Ads data are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — see Google's Privacy Policy. Meta Pixel data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — see Meta's Privacy Policy. reCAPTCHA operates under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
