Behind the Scenes of Vaillant Group Logistics: SLOVLOG Invites You to a Plant Tour in Senica

What does modern logistics management look like right on the shop floor? SLOVLOG 2026 attendees will have a unique chance to see for themselves. In cooperation with Time Slot Control, we have prepared a tour of the Vaillant Group plant in Senica, where our solution helps manage logistics processes and increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations.

On Friday, 27 November 2026, an exclusive visit to the Vaillant Group plant in Senica will take place as part of the SLOVLOG logistics congress. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the environment of modern heat pump production and, above all, the logistics facility, where digital management of inbound traffic, loading and unloading plays an important role.

For Time Slot Control, this tour has special significance. We have already presented the Senica project as one of our successful references. This year, we have managed to move the cooperation even further and offer SLOVLOG participants the opportunity to see the solution in action in its everyday operation.

From 500 to 700 pallets a day

The Vaillant Group plant in Senica decided to digitalize loading and unloading management with the Time Slot Control system. The goal was to gain better visibility into logistics flows, available capacities and the actual utilization of the operation.

The result is clearly measurable. Before the system was implemented, the plant handled approximately 500 pallets per day; today, it is around 700 pallets.

Behind this shift lies above all better planning, transparent data and the ability to manage logistics processes based on real information rather than estimates.

The best way is to see the solution in operation

The tour program begins with a visit to the EXPO center, where participants will be introduced to the Time Slot Control solution and its use at the Vaillant Group plant. This will be followed by a guided tour of the plant with a focus on logistics operations.

Participants will thus have the opportunity to see how digital time slot management translates into everyday practice, how it helps coordinate transport, and how available data supports more efficient planning of logistics capacity.

Sharing experience that delivers concrete results

The Senica tour also follows another story from the Vaillant Group. It was precisely the experience from this plant that inspired the implementation of Time Slot Control at Protherm Production in Skalica, which we will present together at SLOVLOG as part of an expert lecture.

Both events show how sharing proven experience between plants can help implement functional solutions and move logistics processes forward.
