SLOVLOG 2026: The Power of Shared Experience. We’ll Present the Protherm Production Project

On 26–27 November 2026, Bratislava will host the 19th edition of SLOVLOG, one of the most important professional gatherings of the logistics community in Slovakia. Time Slot Control will take part as a silver partner and, in addition to a space for personal meetings, will also offer visitors concrete experience from the implementation of its solution.

One successful project can inspire another plant

On Thursday 26 November at 15:00, within the Transport and SCM section, Ján Škojec from Protherm Production will speak together with our colleague Dana Klištincová. Their joint presentation will be titled „The Power of Shared Experience: How Protherm Production Changed the Management of Logistics Flows“.

It will tell the story of digitalizing the planning of loading and unloading at the Protherm Production plant in Skalica. In searching for a suitable solution, the plant drew on experience from other plants within Vaillant Group, where the Time Slot Control system was already successfully in operation.

The presentation will show why Protherm decided to change its existing way of managing logistics processes, how the implementation took place and what the new solution brought to everyday operations. An important topic will be precisely the sharing of experience within one manufacturing group and the possibility of transferring proven procedures to other plants.

From experience to real-world results

The theme of sharing experience will continue at this year’s SLOVLOG the following day as well. As part of the programme, we have prepared a tour of the Vaillant Group plant in Senica, where participants can see the Time Slot Control solution in live operation.

The two meetings are therefore connected by a common story: experience from one plant became inspiration for another and helped develop more efficient logistics management across the entire group.

We look forward to meeting you in Bratislava, to interesting discussions and to sharing experience with experts from logistics practice.

See you at SLOVLOG!
